Position: Content Marketing Specialist ,Gurugram
Job Description
- Create recruitment content for online and offline campaigns.
- Write copy for social media, ads, referral communications, and local community groups.
- Work with designers to produce banners, posters, and short videos.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and local market preferences.
- Manage posting and seeding across social groups such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and local driver communities.
- Support campaign messaging for hiring events and activation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years of content marketing experience.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Experience in social media community management.
- Ability to adapt content to local audience.
- Experience in recruitment marketing is a plus.
