Position Overview
You'll own the website and social media content strategy for a fast-growing global HR platform. You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools while adding the human touch that makes content truly engaging and authentic. You'll directly impact company growth and international expansion through data-driven content that drives community engagement and lead generation across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage comprehensive content strategy for website, blog, and social media channels
- Develop engaging LinkedIn and Reddit content that drives community engagement and lead generation
- Optimize all content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
- Leverage AI tools strategically while adding human insight and brand voice to all content
- Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all digital platforms
- Analyze content performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create content that supports business objectives
Must-Have Requirements
- 2-4 years of content marketing experience with proven track record in B2B SaaS
- Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimization techniques
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Reddit for business lead generation purposes
- Proficiency with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) and strategic implementation
- Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or B2B technology companies with measurable results
- Demonstrated ability to balance AI-generated content with human creativity and brand voice
- Portfolio showcasing website content, social media campaigns, and content strategy examples
Nice to Have
- Experience with global HR, recruitment, or workforce management platforms
- Knowledge of content management systems and marketing automation tools
- Understanding of international business and remote work trends
- Experience with video content creation and multimedia storytelling
