About the role
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive and commercially minded Content Marketing Specialist to help us create content that supports brand awareness, demand generation, sales conversations and customer engagement.
This is not a traditional blog-writing role. AI has changed how content is produced, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to use it well. The right person will use AI to move faster, while bringing the judgement, editorial quality and commercial thinking needed to make content clear, relevant and effective.
This role is for someone who thinks beyond copy delivery. We’re looking for someone who understands the goal of a campaign, shapes the message, launches the content, reviews performance and keeps improving until the work is doing its job.
What you’ll own
• Campaign and conversion copy: Create and optimise copy for email campaigns, cold outreach, LinkedIn, direct messages, PPC, landing pages and other demand generation activity.
• Campaign ownership: Take content from brief to performance, understanding the intended outcome, shaping the message, reviewing results and improving based on what is working.
• Website and landing page content: Write and improve website copy, product pages, campaign pages and landing pages, with a focus on clarity, positioning and conversion.
• Thought leadership and social content: Turn reports, events, market trends, product updates and customer insights into LinkedIn content, short-form posts and campaign angles.
• Content planning: Own the content calendar and social planner, ensuring content is prioritised and aligned with campaigns, events, product updates and business priorities.
• Sales enablement and customer proof: Create case studies, proof points, one-pagers, short decks and messaging that help Sales and Customer Success explain Resonate CX’s value clearly.
• Product and positioning support: Help translate product updates, features and platform value into simple, customer-facing messaging.
• Content workflow and optimisation: Use AI tools where helpful to support research, drafting, repurposing and optimisation, while owning the final quality, accuracy and relevance of the content. Track performance and recommend what should be improved, repurposed, scaled or stopped.
Key outcomes for this role:
• Campaign-sourced MQLs: Monthly qualified leads generated or influenced by content-led campaigns.
• Outbound engagement: Reply rates, positive replies and booked meetings from email and LinkedIn sequences.
• Website and landing page conversion: Improvements in CTA clicks, form submissions and conversion rates from campaign/web pages.
• Content efficiency and quality: Faster production of usable, on-brand content through AI, without compromising accuracy or quality.
About you
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
• Have 3+ years of experience in content marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, demand generation or a similar role.
• Are a strong writer and editor who can make complex ideas clear, sharp and commercially relevant.
• Think strategically about content, not just tactically about individual assets.
• Have an outcome-driven mindset. You care about whether content performs and are willing to test, learn and improve until the work is doing its job.
• Are confident using AI tools to work faster and better, while knowing when human judgement is needed.
• Understand how to speak to different audiences, roles, industries and funnel stages without losing clarity or brand consistency.
• Are proactive, curious and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving marketing team.
• Are detail-oriented, collaborative and comfortable working across Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and Product.
Nice to have
You don’t need to tick every box, but it would be great if you have experience in one or more of the following:
• B2B SaaS or complex B2B environments. This is highly valued.
• Demand generation, ABM, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, PPC or landing page campaigns.
• Case studies, customer stories, proof points or sales enablement content.
• Working with SEO, paid media, design, development or agency partners.
• Common marketing tools across CRM, CMS, analytics, paid media, AI content or workflow automation, for example HubSpot, WordPress, GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Claude, ChatGPT, Smartlead or Make.
