Role Overview:
· We are looking for a Content & Brand Marketing Manager who can strengthen AssessHub’s market presence through high-quality content, positioning, founder branding, and sales enablement assets.
· This role directly supports business growth by owning content creation, brand communication, founder positioning, sales enablement assets, website communication, LinkedIn visibility, newsletters, and social presence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Content Creation – LinkedIn posts, blogs, website content, case studies, marketing collaterals, and product communication.
· Founder Branding – Thought leadership content, founder LinkedIn positioning, and visibility campaigns.
· Sales Enablement – Sales decks, case studies, industry-specific presentations, and communication assets.
· Brand Communication – Messaging consistency, storytelling, and market positioning.
· Website & Digital Content – Website content, landing pages, CTA messaging, and updates.
· LinkedIn & Social Presence – Company page communication, engagement-focused content, and visibility building.
· Newsletters & Nurturing – Client and prospect communication campaigns.
· Design Coordination – Coordination with designers for marketing creatives and presentation assets.
Required Skills:
· Strong content writing capability
· Excellent communication skills
· B2B content understanding
· LinkedIn content experience
· Presentation and storytelling capability
· Brand communication understanding
· Strong business understanding
Preferred Skills:
· SaaS background
· HR Tech experience
· Founder branding exposure
· Basic digital marketing understanding
