Role Overview:
We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive who can turn ideas into engaging content, build brand authority, and drive performance across platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, creative thinker, and understands how content drives growth across the digital funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, write, and manage high-quality content for blogs, landing pages, emailers, newsletters, website, case studies, and more.
● Ideate and create compelling social media content for LinkedIn aligned with brand voice and tone.
● Collaborate with business and product teams to craft copy for videos and marketing materials.
● Manage and update the content calendar based on key campaigns, product launches, and business priorities.
● Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to craft relevant and strategic content.
● Monitor content performance using analytics tools (like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush etc.) and optimise accordingly.
● Proofread and edit content to maintain consistency in grammar, tone, and brand voice.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
● 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles.
● Excellent command over English (written and verbal).
● Solid grasp of content marketing principles and SEO basics.
● Experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Strapi,etc.).
● Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in long-form and short-form content.
● Understanding of social media trends and content formats (Reels, Carousels, Threads, etc.)
● Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
Good-to-Have (Bonus) Skills:
● Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
● Knowledge or interest in Fintech, Insurtech, or BFSI sector.
