We are looking for a hands-on Content & Marketing Coordinator to manage execution of our social media content in coordination with our external marketing agency.
This role requires someone who can coordinate, review, and execute content, along with shooting real-time videos at our factory.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with marketing agency for daily content, creatives, and campaigns
- Review and approve designs, videos, and captions
- Suggest improvements and new content ideas
- Shoot factory content (product demos, behind-the-scenes, operations)
- Ensure timely posting on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Maintain content calendar and execution timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Comfortable with mobile video shooting (Reels/short-form content)
- Basic knowledge of editing tools like CapCut, VN, or similar
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proactive and execution-focused mindset
Preferred- Prior experience in social media/content role
- Experience working with marketing agencies
Important NoteThis is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only or managerial position.
Candidates must be comfortable with on-ground content shooting and coordination work.
Salary₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
