Job Description: Content Marketer/Content Strategist
We're looking for a content person who thinks like a strategist and writes like they mean it.
This role is for someone who understands that content is not just copy. It is positioning, it is pipeline, it is how a brand earns trust before a sales conversation ever begins. You will work across three distinct brands under one roof, each with a different audience, tone, and growth objective. Your job is to understand those differences and build content that works hard for each one.
You will own the content function end to end. From editorial planning and SEO strategy to long-form writing, social narratives, and campaign content, you will be the person who keeps the content engine running with consistency and intent. This is a pure execution role. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and translate strategy into content that performs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and execute content calendars across blogs, social media, email, and campaign assets for multiple brands
- Write and edit long-form content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing page copy, and thought leadership pieces
- Develop SEO strategies and execute on-page optimisation across brand websites
- Build content clusters and keyword frameworks that drive organic growth
- Write social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms with a clear understanding of platform-specific tone and format
- Collaborate with design and growth teams to ensure content and visuals work together
- Track content performance using analytics tools and use data to refine strategy
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all formats and all three brands
- Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience behaviour to inform content direction
What We're Looking For
- 4 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or a closely related role
- Strong writing skills across formats, including long-form, short-form, and conversion copy
- Solid understanding of SEO including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content architecture
- Experience working with B2B brands or SaaS products
- Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously without losing quality or consistency
- Understanding of how content connects to broader marketing goals including lead generation, brand awareness, and retention
- A portfolio that demonstrates range across industries, formats, and brand voices
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they can improve content production and research workflows
