🚀 We’re Hiring: Content Manager (On-Ground & Social Media)
Are you creative, confident, bold, and love interacting with people? We’re looking for a dynamic Content Manager who can create engaging content, connect with people confidently, and build brand awareness in the market.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms
• Plan and execute social media strategies to improve reach and engagement
• Confidently present on camera for reels, interviews, and videos
• Record on-ground/street content and interact with people to create market awareness
• Confidently speak to strangers, conduct conversations/interviews, and build engaging content in public settings
• Edit videos and optimize content for maximum reach and audience engagement
• Stay updated with the latest social media and content trends
• Generate leads by meeting people, networking, and creating awareness while recording content in the market
✅ Requirements:
• Strong command of English (written & spoken)
• Bold, confident, and comfortable speaking with strangers and in public settings
• Comfortable being on camera and recording street/public content
• Good video editing and content creation skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Must be proactive, energetic, and confident in meeting new people
