Job Summary
We’re looking for a Content Manager who will own how Ugaoo shows up across digital platforms—from what we say to how it looks and feels. This role sits at the intersection of content, brand, and production—bringing together storytelling, strategy, and execution to create content that engages and converts.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Engagement
- Own and drive Ugaoo’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram and YouTube
- Plan and execute content calendars with a strong focus on relevance and engagement
- Analyze performance to understand what’s working and optimize accordingly
- Build and nurture a community through consistent and thoughtful interaction
CRM & Lifecycle Communication
- Create and manage content for email and WhatsApp journeys
- Develop communication flows tailored to different customer segments
- Work closely with the Growth team to improve engagement and conversion
- Ensure all communication feels personal, relevant, and aligned with the brand
Website Content
- Oversee content across website pages, including product descriptions and landing pages
- Ensure all website copy is clear, informative, and aligned with Ugaoo’s voice
- Structure content in a way that improves user experience and drives action
- Continuously refine content based on performance and user behavior
Production & Visual Direction
- Conceptualize and execute content shoots (photo and video)
- Create mood boards and guide the overall visual direction of content
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and external partners for execution
- Write scripts and oversee storytelling across formats
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
- Ensure all content ladders up to larger campaigns and brand objectives
- Identify trends and opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant
- Maintain consistency across all content touchpoints
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in content, social media, or brand roles.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, production, and platform dynamics.
- Experience working with D2C or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Good eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
