Role Description
As a full-time, on-site Content Manager / Specialist at Tradescape in Gurugram, Haryana, you will shape how our brand communicates with the global trading community. We are expanding our in-house content team and looking for sharp, creative minds to drive our multi-channel presence across social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), email, and web.
Depending on your experience tier, your focus will lean toward either leading end-to-end content ideation and high-impact writing, or collaborating on ideation while handling day-to-day creation and video editing. You will work directly within our fast-paced trading ecosystem, translating complex market mechanics into highly engaging, thumb-stopping content.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate & Brainstorm: Consistently pitch fresh, engaging content angles rooted in crypto trading, market psychology, and proprietary trading mechanics.
- Content Creation: Draft high-performing text, hooks, and scripts for social channels, educational posts, and marketing campaigns.
- Multimedia Execution: Collaborate on visual content, guiding layout ideas and ensuring a consistent, professional brand aesthetic.
- Campaign Coordination: Maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring a steady publishing cadence across all active platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics, using data to iterate on video formats, topics, and hooks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management (Fintech, Web3, crypto, or finance backgrounds are a massive plus).
- Market Literacy: Strong familiarity with crypto trading, leverage/spot markets, or general investing concepts is highly preferred; an aggressive willingness to learn these frameworks deeply is mandatory.
- Communication Edge: Exceptional writing and scripting skills with a proven ability to make complex financial or technical topics accessible and exciting.
- Execution: Highly organized, capable of balancing multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Ideation & Creation Track: A proven track record of independently generating viral or high-converting financial content from scratch.
- Video Production Track: Strong capability in basic, clean video editing (e.g., cutting Reels, assembling short-form videos, syncing audio/captions using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar). The ability to quickly edit raw footage into sharp, engaging social content is a major plus.
