Job type - Full Time.
Location - Remote.
Salary - ₹40,000 per month.
If you’re a passionate writer, and you want to continue writing for the foreseeable future, this role may not be for you.
We love and encourage passion, but what we require from you may not sit well with a lot of passionate writers. We’re not looking for just a writer. We’re looking for someone with writing skills, paired with managerial potential; someone we can promote in the near future to a fully managerial position on important projects. But to do this, you need to be able to write well, and understand communication very deeply.
This is not a comfortable role. It’s going to be challenging. The projects we want you involved in are slightly complex, and we need someone who can perform well under pressure. Here’s what we’re thinking:
- We first train you to understand communication and write well for the projects you’re involved in.
- We put you in charge of communication on those projects entirely - this includes communication through writing, design, and experience.
- We then train you in communication strategy, brand strategy, and start involving you in the bigger picture.
- We take you out of writing entirely and have you manage projects with teams under you.
This process may take months, if not over a year, and it will require you to leave your comfort zone, perform under pressure, and deliver results beyond expectations.
