We are looking for a creative and strategic
Content Manager to lead content ideation
and execution across our digital platforms Bhopal City Update, Whats Happening
Bhopal, Bhopal Food Stories, and QuickHeadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-performing content concepts for reels, campaigns, and brand
- collaborations
- Create engaging scripts with strong hooks (BCU-style storytelling)
- Plan and execute organic content ideas to boost reach and engagement
- Lead monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting strategy
- Collaborate with video editors, shooters, and social media team for smooth execution
- Identify trending topics, viral formats, and local opportunities in Bhopal
- Maintain content quality aligned with brand tone and audience preferences
- Requirements:
- 2-4 Years of Experience
- Strong understanding of Instagram/Reels content trends
- Ability to think viral-first and audience-first
- Experience in scriptwriting, content planning, and campaign ideation
- Creative mindset with attention to hooks, storytelling, and engagement
- Prior experience in digital media / content creation preferred
