About the Company
We are looking for a Content Manager who will own end to end creative communication across all brand touchpoints. This role is responsible for translating business goals into powerful, consistent and performance driven creative output across digital and offline channels. This is not just a content planning role. It requires creative thinking, brand sensitivity, strong execution skills and the ability to manage timelines, agencies and internal teams seamlessly.

Responsibilities
End to End Creative Ownership
- Own creative communication across all brand touchpoints
- Work closely with copy, design and production teams from brief to final output
- Ensure every asset is aligned to brand positioning and business objectives
- Be the single point of contact for all creative deliverables
Content Strategy Across Touchpoints
- Strategize content across digital and offline channels
- Build structured content plans aligned to marketing calendar and city priorities
- Ensure message consistency across website, social media, CRM, performance ads, clinics and offline branding
Creative Briefing and Direction
- Write clear and strategic creative briefs
- Brief internal teams or external agencies for required output
- Provide creative direction and feedback to elevate quality
- Ensure brand voice and tone is followed consistently
Brand Communication Governance
- Work with the Copy Lead to strengthen brand communication guidelines
- Ensure communication frameworks are clearly documented
- Audit creative outputs regularly to maintain consistency
- Drive brand love initiatives that make the brand more memorable
Visual Identity System Ownership
- Work with design team or agency to strengthen the visual identity system
- Ensure visual guidelines are clearly defined and documented
- Maintain consistency in layouts, typography, imagery and design language across all touchpoints
Performance Linked Creative
- Own brand perception uplift along with brand marketing team
- Collaborate with channel owners to improve CTR and engagement metrics
- Optimize creatives based on performance data
- Balance creativity with business impact
Content Operations and Delivery Management
- Overlook content calendars, scripting, copy writing, designing and video production
- Maintain structured trackers for briefs, approvals and timelines
- Ensure creatives are delivered to respective teams within deadlines
- Set up internal systems or partner with agencies to ensure monthly output consistency
- Build scalable processes for creative production
