About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Content Manager who is passionate about content, reels, and digital growth.
You will work directly with a fast-growing music marketing & digital advertising agency, gaining hands-on experience in creating and managing content that actually performs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for Instagram & YouTube
- Plan reels, posts, and overall content strategy
- Research trending ideas, hooks, and formats
- Execute content for real client campaigns
- Analyze performance (what works / what doesn’t)
- Coordinate with editors and content team
What you will work on
- High-converting hooks (first 3 seconds strategy)
- Viral & engaging content planning
- Structuring reels/posts for maximum reach & retention
- Understanding content + ads (performance marketing)
- Real growth strategies for Instagram & YouTube
Advance Exposure
- Work directly with the Founder/CEO
- Contribute to founder’s personal brand content
- Learn team handling (editors, creators, etc.)
- Understand real agency workflow & execution
- Collaborate with a growing team
