Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Content Manager. The Content Manager will oversee the creation, organization, and optimization of content across multiple formats and channels to align with KortexCore's organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing content strategies, managing a team of content creators, ensuring content quality and consistency, and utilizing data analytics to refine efforts. The role also involves collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance brand visibility and drive measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, and Digital Marketing
- Strong Content Creation and Editing skills, including Web Content Writing and Proofreading
- Experience in Research to inform high-quality, targeted content development
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple content initiatives
- Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to optimize content for search visibility
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to measure performance and implement improvements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with various teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in managing content systems and familiarity with B2B and lead-generation-focused industries is a plus
