What you’ll be responsible for :
- Leading and managing a content & creative team — setting direction, reviewing work, and raising the bar consistently.
- Owning copy across platforms — from campaigns to everyday communication.
- Bringing strong design understanding and creative judgement to every piece of output.
- Handling high-volume creative production without compromising on quality.
- Building templates, systems, and standardisation to ensure consistency across clubs and platforms.
- Taking full ownership of timelines, delivery, and output quality.
What we are looking for :
- Proven experience in leading content/creative teams.
- Strong copywriting skills — clear, sharp, and adaptable to different formats.
- A good eye for design, layout, and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage scale and speed without chaos.
- Someone who organizes and streamlines.
