About the Role
The Content Manager is the operational backbone of everything content-related at Hyperscale — internal and external, video and data, systems and social. This is not a front-stage, glamorous role. It is the role that makes everything else possible.
You will manage our Learning Management System, edit and curate video content, support our social media presence, and keep the operations running smoothly alongside the General Manager. You own four distinct areas — and you own them completely.

Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Management System (LMS) Management
- Download all session recordings from Zoom — masterclasses, hackathons, leadership calls, Hive meetups — and upload them to the LMS promptly
- Update content links, add session resources, and ensure every piece of paid content is correctly organised and accessible
- Maintain a robust backup strategy for all internal paid content
- Continuously audit the LMS to keep it clean, current, and well-structured as new content is added daily
2. Video Editing & Internal Content Library
- Edit community recordings to extract breakthrough moments, milestone celebrations, and transformational wins — and build a searchable library of these clips
- Organise all edited content neatly in designated Google Drive folders for easy access by leadership
- Create on-brand graphics and creatives using Canva — thumbnails, banners, event visuals, and community assets
- Basic video editing proficiency required — speed, accuracy, and consistency matter more than cinematic complexity
3. Social Media Support & External Content
- Upload and schedule approved posts across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram with consistency and precision
- Monitor and clean up spam across all platforms — keeping Hyperscale's public presence professional and credible
- Coordinate responses to comments and external reviews (including Trustpilot) to ensure every touchpoint reflects the Hyperscale standard
- Support the content pipeline — the Founder creates the content; you ensure it reaches the world cleanly and on time
- Research for new content topic and come up with strategy for social media domination
4. GM Support, Evaluations & Data Reporting
- Provide operational support to the General Manager — tracking deliverables and ensuring nothing slips
- Conduct quarterly award evaluations — reviewing websites, tracking sheets, and performance data
- Gather daily and weekly webinar data and update the dedicated reporting group with accurate, real-time numbers every day
- Act as a second pair of eyes across operations — vigilant, thorough, and always one step ahead
What We're Looking For

- Highly self-guided — trained once, runs the system independently from that point
- Fast internal communicator — questions asked quickly, updates shared promptly
- Vigilant — you spot broken links, outdated content, and spam before anyone else does
- Accurate with data — your numbers are always right and your records are always clean
- Get-it-done attitude — the content pipeline never stops, and neither do you
The trait we value most is being self-guided. You will receive thorough onboarding. After that, we expect you to own your domain fully — no hand-holding, no micromanagement.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Performance-based growth trajectory — the more you demonstrate skill, speed, and ownership, the faster you grow

- Work from Office | Koregaon Park, Pune
- Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
