Role Description

This is a remote, full-time role for a Content Manager under the Fuzia Talent - On-Demand Growth & Execution team. The Content Manager will oversee the creation, editing, and execution of high-quality and engaging content strategies tailored for clients. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring content teams, strategizing and optimizing content for brand visibility, conducting research, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves content performance analysis and adapting strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Content Creation, Content Strategy, and Digital Storytelling
  • Expertise in Editing, Proofreading, and Writing for diverse platforms and audiences
  • Strong skills in Research and Analytics to inform data-driven content decisions
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, SEO Optimization, and Lead Generation Practices
  • Project Management and Team Leadership experience with outstanding organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation Tools, Content Management Systems, and Social Media Platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration in remote and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in supporting startups or small businesses is a plus
