Content is not a support function for us; it’s a growth lever, a trust engine, and a product narrative. We’re looking for a Content Manager who can own this end-to-end.
Role Overview
As Content Manager, you will be responsible for strategising, ideating, and shaping content across all mediums- digital, organic, paid, and offline.
This is not a pure writing role.
It’s a thinking + execution role, where you will define what we say, why we say it, and how it shows up across channels.
You'll be required to be on camera for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos to break down the college admissions world for Indian students and parents.
You'll ideate, script, shoot, and own the content calendar, while collaborating with the growth and design teams on everything else.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Own the monthly content calendar across Instagram and YouTube
- Plan content pillars, series formats, and recurring formats that compound over time
- Work with design on visuals, thumbnails, and post formats
- Track what's working, double down on it, and kill what isn't
2. On-Camera Content
- Be the on-camera personality across Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp channels
- Ideate and script short-form video content: Reels, Shorts, talking-head explainers, story-driven posts
- Translate complex topics — US/UK admissions, profile building, extracurriculars, essays — into content that feels simple
3. Brand Voice & Storytelling
- Bring student success stories, mentor perspectives, and founder POV to life — on camera and in copy
- Ensure the brand voice stays consistent: direct, credible, student-first, never preachy
- Script and concept workshop content, AMA formats, and campaign-specific video series
4. SEO & Long-Form Content
- Contribute to blog briefs and topic clusters aligned to the social content strategy
- Coordinate with writers (internal or freelance) to ensure long-form content matches the brand's tone and search intent
- Help connect organic content to conversion journeys across the funnel
5. Offline & Cross-Channel Support
- Assist with scripts or messaging for school presentations, event collateral, and brochures
What we are looking for
- 0–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or video production with real on-camera work in your portfolio or personal handles
- Comfortable on camera: you don't need to be a performer, but you should be natural, engaging, and improving
- Strong scriptwriting and ideation skills — you think in hooks, not just topics
- Experience with short-form video formats (Reels, Shorts, talking-head content)
- Bonus: familiarity with the study abroad / college admissions space, or genuine curiosity about it
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, figure-it-out environment
