Role Overview
We are looking for a Category Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of the category at Archies. The role involves sourcing, procurement, pricing strategy, vendor management, product planning, and performance monitoring of categories such as mugs, photo frames, showpieces, and other gift articles.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end category management (sourcing to sell-through)
• Vendor identification, negotiation, and relationship management
• Product assortment planning aligned with consumer trends
• Pricing, margin management, and inventory control
• Sales performance tracking and corrective planning
• Coordination with design, marketing, and retail teams
• Identifying new product opportunities and seasonal ranges
Required Skills
• Strong sourcing and procurement background
• Experience in gifting, lifestyle, or home décor categories
• Vendor network within gifting/manufacturing ecosystem
• Analytical mindset with P&L understanding
