THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a coordinator role. This is not a ‘content calendar and captions’ job.
As AccioJob's Content & Brand Lead, you'll own the narrative - across every channel, every format, and every audience we speak to. You'll lead a team of 6, work directly with the founders, and be responsible for the organic growth engine that drives awareness, trust, and enrolments across our five offline centres.
You'll be in rooms (and on camera) representing AccioJob. You'll understand our students deeply - their aspirations, their anxieties, their scrolling habits - and turn that into content that actually moves them.
WHAT YOU OWN
Organic Growth
- Own AccioJob's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms - strategy, calendar, execution, and performance
- Drive SEO content strategy: blog, landing pages, and long-form content that ranks and converts
- Plan and execute college session content - talks, workshops, and on-ground campus activations
- Build and run community + events at our offline centres and online - student communities, referral ecosystems, alumni engagement
- Manage all website content, brochures, curriculum decks, and sales collateral
- Partner with founders and team leads on personal LinkedIn and Instagram content - ghostwriting, scripting, ideation
Content Across Channels
- Lead creative direction for Meta Ads and influencer marketing - briefs, scripts, visual language, hooks
- Own content for re-engagement journeys on WhatsApp and email - sequences that feel personal, not spammy
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across every touchpoint
Team & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 6 (designers, video editors, writers, content associates)
- Set priorities, manage workflows, review output, and hold a high bar for quality
- Build systems and processes that scale content production without killing creativity
WHO YOU ARE
You don't wait to be told. You see a gap and you fill it. You have strong opinions about what good content looks like - and the taste to back it up.
- 2–7 years of content/brand experience - you've built something from scratch, not just maintained it
- Deep understanding of the tech job landscape and the entry-level developer/analyst audience - you get what they care about and how they consume content
- Hands-on with content production: you know what goes into a good reel, a scroll-stopping carousel, a landing page that converts, and a WhatsApp sequence that doesn't get muted
- Comfortable with data - you track what's working, kill what isn't, and double down on what does
- Highly extroverted - you can step in front of a camera, host a session at a centre, or represent AccioJob at a college visit without batting an eye
- Strong manager - you can give feedback that makes your team better, not just nicer
- Excellent written communication in English and Hindi/Hinglish - you know the difference between LinkedIn and Instagram voice, and you nail both

- You've run or grown a creator account or personal brand
- You actively use AI tools to automate repetitive content work - repurposing, scheduling, drafting, briefing - and you're always experimenting with what's new
