Position - Content Lead:
We’re looking for an experienced Content Lead to drive content strategy, execution, and quality. This role blends strong writing expertise with team leadership, ensuring high-quality, SEO-driven content and efficient editorial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 2500–3000 words of high-quality, SEO-optimized technical/product content when required
- Edit, proofread, and finalize content before publication
- Establish strong QC processes (plagiarism-free, accurate, error-free content)
- Manage editorial workflows, task allocation, and project tracking
- Develop content strategy, calendars, and product documentation structures
- Write and optimize website content, landing pages, and case studies
- Simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels
- Contribute to SEO strategy and keyword planning
Requirements:
- 4+ years of content experience in IT (product/service-based)
- Proven experience leading content teams or workflows
- Strong command of English and editorial precision
- Solid understanding of SEO and search intent
- Ability to balance quality with structured output targets
- Degree in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, or related field
