Job Title: Content & Growth Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and spiritually aligned Social Media & PR Manager to build and grow our digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, while also supporting PR and outreach activities for our podcast and thought‑leadership initiatives.
This is a multi‑dimensional role that combines strategy, content planning, execution, communication, and relationship‑building. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics, clarity in communication, and a natural inclination toward wellness & personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop & execute an integrated social media strategy aligned with the brand vision and goals.
- Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Identify content themes, campaigns and storytelling formats.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights and trends.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Coordinate creation of posts, reels, stories and long‑form YouTube content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, descriptions, and CTAs aligned with brand voice.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and freelancers to ensure high‑quality output.
- Ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetics, and messaging across platforms.
3. Platform Management
- Manage posting, scheduling, and community engagement (comments, DMs, responses).
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices and optimize profiles, bios, highlights, thumbnails, and hashtags.
4. Podcast PR & Guest Outreach
- Research and identify relevant guests for the podcast.
- Handle outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Instagram for podcast guest invitations.
- Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, follow‑ups, and basic guest communication.
5. Brand & Relationship Building
- Build relationships with collaborators, communities, and aligned brands for collaborations, partnerships, and cross‑promotions.
6. Additional Responsibilities
- Support online events and brand initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and content workflows.
- Contribute ideas for growth, monetization, and brand expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, marketing and content strategy.
- Hands‑on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva or Ai and similar tools
