About the RoleHustle Digital is a lean, fast-growing marketing team working with brands across content, performance, and growth.
We don’t operate like a traditional marketing agency.
We work closely with brands to build presence, drive attention, and create real outcomes.
This role is for someone who wants to be involved in that process end-to-end.
Primary Title: Content & Growth Associate (Intern)
Role & Responsibilities- Manage and grow Hustle Digital’s social media presence
- Support outreach efforts to potential clients from the Hustle Digital account
- Handle social media execution for client brands
- Ideate, draft, and script content (Reels, Carousels, Stories)
- Plan and manage content calendars across accounts
- Coordinate content execution (editing, posting, iteration)
- Monitor performance and refine content based on insights
Skills & QualificationsMust-Have- Strong understanding of Instagram (content + growth)
- Proficiency in Canva (designing carousels, posts, creatives)
- Good working knowledge of video editing apps (short-form content)
- Strong communication (written + verbal)
- Good sense of storytelling and content thinking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Requirements- Must have a personal laptop
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Available during working hours consistently
Preferred- Experience managing brand or creator accounts
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content
- Basic understanding of growth/outreach
Internship Details- Type: Remote (India)
- Duration: 4 Months
- Timings: 11 AM – 6 PM (with flexibility based on work requirements)
- Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000
