Position: Ad Content and growth Strategist (D2C Brand)
Location: Gurgaon – Subhash Chowk (Near Tesla Showroom)
Experience: 3–4 year

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Ad Strategist who can conceptualize high-performing social media ad creatives for D2C and viral products. The ideal candidate should understand consumer psychology, hooks, storytelling, and performance-driven content to create ads that capture attention and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research trending ad formats, hooks, and viral content styles across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Conceptualize engaging ad creatives for social media campaigns
- Write ad scripts, hooks, captions, and creative briefs for editors and designers
- Develop performance-focused creative strategies for product marketing and brand campaigns
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and content creators for execution
- Analyze ad creative performance and suggest improvements based on metrics and audience response
- Create multiple creative angles, concepts, and testing ideas for campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends, competitor ads, and consumer behavior patterns
- Ensure creatives align with brand tone and marketing goals
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in ad creative strategy, content strategy, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of social media advertising and short-form content
- Ability to identify winning hooks and conversion-focused storytelling
- Experience in scripting and planning ad creatives for D2C or e-commerce brands
- Understanding of audience psychology and content trends
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Ad creatives and performance metrics
- Experience working with viral products or UGC-style content
- Familiarity with AI tools for scripting, ideation, or creative generation
- Knowledge of editing workflows and content production processes
