Junior Designer – Content Team
Location: Mumbai (Onsite)
Experience: 0.6 – 2 years
About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our Content Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex ideas into visually engaging formats and wants to work on content-led, high-impact design projects.
What You’ll Work On (Live Brand Exposure)
- Infographics and blog creatives for leading brands like HDFC Bank
- Blog packaging and visual storytelling assets
- YouTube thumbnails for brands such as HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and Crompton
- Ongoing pipeline of content-led creatives across industries
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging infographics, blog visuals, and informational assets
- Create impactful presentations (PPTs) for business and strategy communication
- Work with AI-first design workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
- Collaborate with Business Managers, Writers, Strategists, and Marketing teams
- Optimize creatives based on performance insights and feedback
- Organize and manage design assets, templates, and libraries
- Ensure high standards in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Requirements
- 0.6 – 2 years of experience in graphic/design roles (content-focused preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) / Figma / Canva
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy
- Experience in presentation design (PPT/Google Slides)
- Interest or exposure to AI tools in design workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
