Role Overview
This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital content, understands internet culture, and is passionate about growing audiences online.
We are specifically looking for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in content strategy, YouTube growth, and digital marketing.
You will be responsible for supporting YouTube content strategies, identifying trends, brainstorming new content ideas, and helping scale channels through creative and smart marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing and growing YouTube channels
- Planning content calendars and upload strategies
- Researching trends, viral formats, and audience behavior
- Brainstorming fresh content and marketing ideas
- Supporting growth strategies for organic reach and engagement
- Coordinating with editors, designers, and production teams
- Optimizing titles, thumbnails, metadata, and overall channel performance
- Monitoring analytics and suggesting performance improvements
- Supporting social media and digital content campaigns when required
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
