ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Content Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media operations across multiple channels, ensuring timely, relevant, and consistent content aligned with exam cycles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute weekly content calendars across Instagram and YouTube
- Create captions and post copy (Hindi, Punjabi, English as required)
- Monitor exam notifications and ensure content updates within defined timelines
- Edit and publish Reels and Shorts using basic tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva)
- Schedule and manage posts using social media tools
- Track and report content performance metrics
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 0–2 years of experience in content or social media management
- Familiarity with government exam ecosystem (UPSC, PCS, HCS preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Canva and short-form video editing tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
