About the Company
Globeia is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Content Editor who can manage end-to-end content publishing across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, experience with CMS platforms like Strapi or WordPress, and a good understanding of SEO and web content formatting.
About the Role
This role involves editing, formatting, uploading, and publishing blogs, guides, city pages, and service pages while maintaining content quality, consistency, and SEO standards.
Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread blogs, guides, service pages, and city pages for grammar, clarity, tone, and readability.
- Upload, format, and publish content using CMS platforms like Strapi, WordPress, or similar tools.
- Handle proper content structuring using basic HTML tags (H1, H2, H3, lists, tables, links, images, embeds, etc.).
- Ensure proper formatting, spacing, internal linking, and visual presentation of content.
- Optimize content with basic SEO elements including meta titles, meta descriptions, keywords, schema placement, and readability improvements.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, formatting, and publishing standards across all content.
- Coordinate with writers and the SEO team to ensure timely publishing and content updates.
- Review published pages regularly to ensure quality and formatting accuracy.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in content editing, formatting, or publishing.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Strapi, WordPress, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML tags and web formatting for publishing blogs, guides, service pages, and city pages.
- Strong command of English with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals and blog/content structure.
- Ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet publishing deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SEO tools and content optimization practices.
- Experience working with long-form content, landing pages, and structured web content.
- Understanding of internal linking and content hierarchy.
Pay range and compensation package
5 days a week
Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (IST)
Location: Gurugram (On-site)
