Content Distribution Specialist (30h / remote)
We are looking for an execution-driven Content Distribution Specialist to help scale our marketing output across digital channels.
This role is focused on using our internal marketing tool to generate, refine, and distribute content at high volume across platforms such as social media, web channels, and Reddit. It is a hands-on operational role for someone who can think clearly, work fast, maintain quality, and handle recurring tasks with discipline.
You should be comfortable working with AI-supported content workflows, publishing systems, and structured processes. You should also have enough judgment to spot weak output, improve it, and adapt content to the channel it is meant for.
Because our business operates in the PostgreSQL space, familiarity with PostgreSQL, databases, or general IT topics is strongly preferred. You do not need to be a deep technical expert, but you must be able to understand technical context well enough to work with relevant content accurately and credibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Use our internal marketing tool to generate content for different channels
- Adapt and refine generated content for platform-specific publishing
- Publish and distribute content across social media, Reddit, and other digital channels
- Manage a high daily output with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Execute recurring content and publishing tasks independently
- Review content for clarity, relevance, quality, and basic factual fit
- Coordinate publishing workflows, assets, and task completion
- Identify execution issues, workflow gaps, and operational bottlenecks early
- Support scalable, repeatable content production processes
Key Requirements
- Strong operational mindset and reliable execution
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing quality
- Good judgment and a practical understanding of digital content
- Experience with content publishing, social media workflows, or distribution operations
- Comfortable using AI tools and software-based content systems
- Strong written English
- High level of structure, ownership, and speed
- PostgreSQL knowledge is a plus
- Alternatively, a solid background or genuine interest in IT, databases, or technical topics is highly welcome
