Can you write a hook, shoot a video, edit it, add the right sound, and make people actually stop scrolling?

🧬 WHAT IS THIRD BIOME?
Third Biome is building at the intersection of science × health-tech × D2C × community.
We’re working on a new approach to health through postbiotic innovation, personalised healthcare and the T3B ecosystem.
And now we want to tell that story in a way that people actually want to watch.
Not boring science lectures.
Not corporate PowerPoints.
Not stock footage of a woman holding her stomach. 😂

🎬 WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll work directly with our marketing and leadership team to create content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Your job can go from:
IDEA → SCRIPT → SHOOT → EDIT → POST → ANALYSE
You may:
🎥 Shoot Reels & short-form videos
✍️ Write hooks, scripts & captions
🎬 Edit Reels, Shorts & social videos
💡 Brainstorm content concepts
🎙️ Direct founders, doctors, creators & team members
📱 Spot trends and turn them into relevant content
🧠 Simplify complex health/science topics into engaging stories
📊 Look at content performance and understand what worked
♻️ Turn one shoot into multiple pieces of content
🚀 Experiment with formats, hooks and storytelling styles
🔥 YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING.
But you must be willing to make things.
If you can:
• Shoot good video on an iPhone
• Edit using CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut / VN / similar
• Write a killer first 3 seconds
• Understand Instagram culture
• Spot a trend before it becomes painfully overused
• Make boring information interesting
• Think visually
• Tell a story
…we want to meet you.
🎨 THIS IS NOT A GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERNSHIP.
And it's not a traditional social media internship either.
We are not primarily looking for someone to schedule posts and make Canva creatives.
We're looking for a creator.
Someone who wants to learn how to build a brand through video, storytelling and culture.
You don't need a fancy camera.
You don't need a film-school degree.
You need ideas, curiosity, taste and the ability to execute.
🧠 ONE THING WE CARE ABOUT A LOT
Can you make science interesting without making it stupid?
Third Biome works in a complex scientific category.
So you’ll learn to take ideas around the microbiome, postbiotics, gut health and preventive health and turn them into content that a 22-year-old will actually watch.
That's a rare skill.
And if you develop it here, it'll stay with you.
