Role ; As a Content Writer, you'll craft clear, engaging content that communicates the value of data-driven decision-making to diverse audiences—from C-suite executives to technical practitioners. You'll work closely with analytics Delivery teams, subject matter experts, and marketing colleagues to produce thought leadership, case studies, digital content, and sales enablement materials that strengthen our market position.
Responsibilities
- Develop original content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, social media content, and presentations
- Translate complex analytics concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—data scientists, consultants, product teams—to extract insights and develop content that showcases our expertise
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels and content types
- Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging topics in analytics, AI, and decision science to inform content strategy
- Optimize content for SEO and digital performance while maintaining quality and readability
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Edit and proofread work from colleagues, ensuring accuracy and adherence to style guidelines
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in B2B technology, analytics, consulting, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex, technical subject matter without sacrificing accuracy
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types (long-form, digital, thought leadership)
- Excellent research skills and intellectual curiosity about data, analytics, and business strategy
- Proficiency with content management systems, basic SEO principles, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
