Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Developer – Mathematics role based in Chennai. The Content Developer will design, develop, and structure high-quality mathematics learning materials for digital and blended learning formats. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, assessments, practice questions, and explanatory content aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technology teams to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and engagement. The Content Developer will also review and update existing content, incorporate feedback from educators and learners, and support the continuous improvement of the platform’s mathematics offerings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Content Development and Writing skills for creating clear, accurate, and engaging mathematics materials.
- Candidates should possess Instructional Design and Technical Writing skills to structure content for effective learning and digital delivery.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback.
- Strong conceptual understanding of school and/or higher-level mathematics and the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
- Experience developing educational content for digital platforms, e-learning modules, or textbooks is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, and familiarity with educational technology tools or LMS platforms are advantageous.
