Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Developer, located in Gurugram. The Content Developer will be responsible for developing high-quality instructional materials, writing and editing content, and collaborating with faculty and departments to deliver engaging educational content. The role involves creating and curating content for academic purposes and events, as well as devising innovative ways to translate complex ideas into clear, accessible formats. The Content Developer will also play a key role in enhancing the learning experience by integrating technology and modern instructional design techniques.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Content Development and Technical Writing
- Skilled in Instructional Design and creating impactful learning materials
- Strong Writing and Communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent editing and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with using technology and tools for digital content creation
- Previous experience in the education or e-learning sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Communications, or related field
