Company Description Multi Solutions is an MSME founded in December 2018, focused on delivering one-stop solutions for defense-related projects and services. The work include prepration of Defence IETM, CBT, 3D animation, video films, content development, and technical documentation. Role Description This is a full-time Content Developer role based in Hyderabad. The Content Developer will create, structure, and prepare Manuals. Daily tasks include developing written content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and transforming complex technical information into clear, accessible formats. The role involves supporting instructional design activities, aligning content with project requirements, and ensuring consistency in tone and style across documents and media as per Defence Standards. The Content Developer will also participate in reviews, incorporate feedback, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and delivery timelines.
NOTE - MOBILES / SMART PHONES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN WORK LOCATION
Qualifications
B Tech / BE in any of the streams like Electronics, ECE, Electrical, Mechanical ( Computer Science, Civil and Architecture stream need not apply)
Experience : 0-2 Years
Requsites :
- Candidates worked in DRDO labs, DPSUs will be given preference
- Candidate should possess strong Content Development and Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and accurate materials.
- Candidates should possess Instructional Design and Technical Writing skills to convert technical concepts into user-friendly documentation and learning content.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with subject matter experts, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in defense, e-learning, or technical documentation projects is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office, common authoring tools, and basic multimedia or documentation tools.
