Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Content Developer – Learning & Development based on-site in Bhubaneswar. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining engaging e-learning content and training materials. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts, creating instructional content, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring materials are aligned with organizational goals. The position involves using communication skills to deliver clear and impactful learning solutions across various channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Management, or related field.Strong proficiency in Content Development and Writing capabilities
- Experience with Instructional Design and creating compelling e-learning content
- Sound Technical Writing skills for documentation and learning modules
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with learning technologies and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred
