About Toffy
Toffy is a UK-registered pet-tech company built by an Imperial College London alum, now operating out of Hyderabad with global ambitions.
We’re building an AI-powered dog training platform that helps pet parents raise calmer, happier, better-behaved dogs through personalised training, behavioural insights, and thoughtfully designed experiences.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Designer who can bring Toffy’s brand to life across:
* Instagram content
* ad creatives
* reels
* carousels
* static posts
* marketing campaigns
This is a fast-moving, execution-heavy role involving frequent iterations, content reviews, and close collaboration with the founder and marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who:
* thinks in ideas, not templates
* understands how content grabs attention and communicates quickly
* enjoys storytelling through visuals
* works with structure, consistency and ownership
* handles feedback professionally
* wants to grow inside a serious long-term brand
What You’ll Do
* Design high-performing static creatives and social media content
* Create short-form video layouts (reel frames, transitions, hooks)
* Translate scripts, concepts and briefs into strong visual storytelling
* Maintain visual consistency across platforms
* Build layouts, brand assets and reusable content templates
* Design for audience attention, clarity and conversion
* Bring fresh, thoughtful ideas aligned with Toffy’s tone and audience
* Organise files and maintain clean versions/folders
* Work closely with the founder and marketing team on a daily basis
Who You Are
Design & Content Skills
* Strong visual sense - clean, modern and emotionally engaging
* Good understanding of typography, spacing, layout and composition
* Familiar with short-form video pacing and social media content flow
* Understands platform behaviour and digital content trends
* Able to balance aesthetics with communication clarity
How You Think & Work

* You communicate clearly and respond quickly
* You value structure, timelines and consistency
* You can work in a fast-moving feedback and iteration environment

Must-Haves
* 1–3 years of experience in social media/content design
* Strong portfolio with social media creatives, reels, ads or campaign work
* Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
* Ability to work on-site (Banjara Hills, Hyderabad)
* Full-time availability
* Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
* Saturday: Half-day
Compensation
₹25,000/month
