We are looking for a smart, organized, and creative individual who can manage office administration, record keeping, coordination, and basic graphic design work. The ideal candidate should be able to handle backend operations efficiently while also supporting design requirements for the company.
Admin & Operations:
Maintain records, data, and documentation in an organized manner
Track daily tasks, activities, and operational updates
Handle follow-ups with internal teams, clients, or partners
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments
Connect and coordinate with people as per company requirements
Manage office administrative tasks and backend processes
Prepare reports, maintain MIS, and update dashboards
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Graphic Design:
Create basic graphics for social media, posters, and internal use
Design creatives for marketing campaigns, events, or announcements
Ensure brand consistency in all designs
Work with team to understand design requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
1–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong skills can apply)
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of office administration and workflow
