Role Overview
We're looking for a Content Curator & Trainer who can own the learning experience for college students across ProSculpt's programs. This is a builder's role ? you will design curriculum, create engaging learning content, curate domain knowledge from industry, and personally deliver select training sessions. You'll work at the intersection of instructional design, corporate expectations, and the very real anxieties of a first-generation job seeker.
You understand that a student from a Tier 2 college in Karnataka and a corporate recruiter in Bengaluru are speaking completely different languages ? and your job is to close that gap.
What You Will Do
Curriculum Design & Content Creation
- Design and build end-to-end training programs for ProSculpt Lite (interview readiness), Level Up (placement prep), and Club (career prep) aligned to each program's depth and student profile
- Develop learning materials including facilitator guides, student workbooks, case studies, role plays, assignments, and self-study resources
- Create and maintain standard training modules: Interview Preparedness, Business Communication, Presentability & Personal Branding, MS Excel, AI Tools for Freshers, Digital Marketing Fundamentals, LinkedIn Optimization, and Cybersecurity Basics
- Build on-demand training content that students can consume asynchronously ? video scripts, micro-learning modules, explainer content, and practice exercises
- Ensure content is practical, scenario-based, and directly tied to what hiring managers actually look for ? not textbook theory
Corporate Curation & Industry Connect
- Proactively engage with corporate recruiters, hiring managers, and domain experts to understand current expectations from fresh graduates
- Translate corporate inputs into curriculum updates ? if ten companies say freshers can't write a professional email, that becomes a learning module
- Organize and structure guest lecture sessions with industry practitioners; create pre- and post-session learning hooks that make those sessions actually stick
- Build and maintain a living "Corporate Expectations Repository" ? a documented, regularly updated view of what domain-specific roles require from Day 1 hires
Assessment Design
- Build assessment frameworks that measure job-readiness, not just knowledge retention ? including scenario-based questions, communication rubrics, and behavioral indicators
- Get assessments validated by corporate partners and subject matter experts before deployment
- Track assessment data to identify content gaps and improve curriculum continuously
- Create pre-training and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes and demonstrate ROI to colleges and students
Training Delivery
- Personally deliver select training sessions ? particularly foundational modules like communication, interview skills, and professional readiness ? to student batches
- Facilitate workshops, mock interview panels, and group activities as needed across college programs
- Represent ProSculpt in college engagements with energy, credibility, and the ability to connect with students authentically
Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Write blogs, LinkedIn articles, and thought leadership pieces on employability, fresher hiring trends, and career readiness ? building ProSculpt's voice as an authority in this space
- Stay current on hiring trends, emerging skills, and changes in the fresher job market; proactively flag what content needs refreshing
Success Metrics
- Quality and engagement scores of content delivered (trainer and peer-reviewed)
- Pre vs. post assessment improvement across student batches
- Corporate validation scores ? how well does our content match what hiring partners actually want?
- Placement readiness index ? % of students clearing mock interviews and employer screenings
- Content adoption rate across Lite, Level Up, and Club programs
- Turnaround time on new module creation from brief to deployment
- Student and college satisfaction scores
Skills & Competencies
- Strong instructional design capability ? you know the difference between content that covers a topic and content that changes behavior
- Deep understanding of what freshers lack and what corporates need from Day 1 hires ? ideally from first-hand experience on either side
- Ability to simplify complex or domain-specific knowledge for a student audience without losing its practical edge
- Facilitation skills ? you can hold a room of 30 college students and make them actually want to engage
- Strong written communication ? for both learning materials and thought leadership content
- Data orientation ? comfortable using assessment scores and feedback to iterate on content
- Collaborative and proactive in building relationships with corporates and subject matter experts
- Familiarity with tools: Google Workspace, Canva or equivalent, basic LMS platforms, and a willingness to learn new tools quickly
Ideal Background
- 2?5 years of experience in instructional design, Learning & Development, EdTech content, or corporate training
- Experience designing content for college students or fresh graduates is a strong plus
- Exposure to employability programs, placement training, or campus hiring is a strong plus
- Experience creating and getting assessments validated by industry stakeholders is a significant advantage
- Domain knowledge in any of the following is valued: Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity, Finance/Accounts, HR, or IT/BPO ? since ProSculpt serves multiple verticals
- Prior experience as a trainer or facilitator (not just a content creator) is preferred ? we want someone who can also stand and deliver
