Social Media & Outreach InternRole OverviewWe are looking for a Social Media and Outreach Intern to support content creation and audience engagement across platforms, with a focus on professional and policy-driven communication. This role is ideal for students or freshers, especially from law and public policy backgrounds, who are interested in content, digital engagement, and outreach.
Success in this role means creating clear, engaging, and relevant content, while also helping build meaningful connections through consistent outreach efforts. The intern will contribute to strengthening the organization’s digital presence and expanding its network.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage content for social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn
Research and develop posts on topics related to law, public policy, and current affairs
Assist in planning and maintaining a content calendar
Support outreach efforts, including identifying relevant individuals, organizations, and communities
Draft messages for collaborations, partnerships, and engagement initiatives
Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements
Stay updated on social media trends and relevant industry developments
QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in social media, content creation, and outreach
Background or current studies in Law, Public Policy, or related fields preferred
Ability to research and present information in a clear and engaging manner
Organized, proactive, and detail oriented
Prior experience in writing or managing social media is a plus but not required
