Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Curator based in Bhubaneswar. The Content Curator will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing content strategies that align with training objectives. Day-to-day tasks include researching and curating engaging content, collaborating with trainers to design materials, reviewing and improving existing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of content to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy and Content Curation
- Proficiency in facilitating Training sessions and collaborating with teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt content to target audiences and training goals
- Previous experience in training or education-related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or a related field
- Proficiency in digital tools and basic understanding of training technology will be an added advantage
