We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Support Executive to join our team for the Night Shift. The candidate should have good English communication skills and basic technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via calls, chat, or email
- Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, or connectivity issues
- Resolve customer queries professionally and timely
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
- Maintain records of customer interactions and issues
