We're hiring a Video Editor & Social Media Creator at XCut AI 🎬
We build tools that help creators and brands figure out what content goes viral — and now we're looking for someone to run that engine for us.
This isn't a "send us your edits and we'll handle the rest" role. You'll own everything — ideation, editing, posting, and performance. Every platform. Every day.
What you'll actually be doing:
→ Creating and posting Reels, Shorts, and content daily across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
→ Building product demos, motion graphics, and branded content that stops the scroll
→ Coming up with content ideas — not just executing someone else's brief
→ Using AI tools as part of your workflow (this is non-negotiable at an AI company)
→ Tracking what performs and doubling down on it
What we're looking for:
Strong hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. A portfolio with real numbers behind it — not just good-looking work, but work that actually got views. Someone who genuinely cares about performance, not just aesthetics.
Experience with HeyGen or AI video tools is a big plus.
