Role: Technical Video Creator
We’re looking for a Technical Video Creator who can create highly educational and practical video content that genuinely helps people:
- learn valuable tech skills,
- upskill for high-growth careers,
- improve professionally,
- and become more employable.
This role is not entertainment-focused content.
We want:
- useful,
- actionable,
- high-value educational content
that helps viewers learn something meaningful.
You will:
- research topics,
- write scripts,
- record videos,
- edit content,
- and deliver polished videos ready for publishing.
The founders will provide:
- topic direction,
- skill areas,
- and content themes.
Responsibilities
- Research technical and career-focused topics
- Write educational, engaging, high-retention scripts
- Record high-quality educational videos
- Edit long-form and short-form content
- Simplify complex concepts into beginner-friendly explanations
- Create content that provides real career value
- Repurpose long-form videos into reels/shorts
- Maintain a modern, premium, startup-focused content style
- Work closely with founders on monthly content planning

- 10 long-form videos per month

- 30 short-form videos / reels per month
