About Vibescapes
Vibescapes is a boutique hospitality and experiential stays brand focused on nature-first resorts, villas, slow living escapes, pet-friendly stays, and curated travel experiences across Maharashtra.
We are looking for a full-time Content Creator & Social Media Manager to manage and grow content across all Vibescapes properties and digital platforms.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing content across all Vibescapes social media handles while maintaining the overall visual identity and storytelling of the brand.
This is primarily a Work From Home (WFH) role with occasional on-ground shoots and property visits for content creation as and when required.
You will work closely with the founders and creative team to bring the Vibescapes experience alive digitally.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
* Create engaging content for all Vibescapes brands and properties
* Plan and execute reels, stories, carousels, and social campaigns
* Develop reel concepts, hooks, storytelling formats, and trend-based content
* Capture BTS, lifestyle moments, property experiences, food, nature, wellness, and guest experiences during on-ground shoots
Social Media Management
* Manage all Instagram handles and future social platforms
* Handle daily posting and scheduling
* Maintain content calendars across multiple properties
* Ensure consistency in aesthetics, tone, and storytelling
Reel Editing & Creative Execution
* Edit social-first content optimized for engagement
* Work on fast-paced reel edits using trending formats and audios
* Coordinate with editors/designers/freelancers when required
Organic Growth
* Stay updated with trends and viral formats
* Improve engagement, reach, and audience growth organically
* Assist with captions, content direction, and audience engagement
Skills & Requirements
Must Have
* Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
* Experience creating and editing reels
* Good visual and aesthetic sense
* Ability to work independently and execute quickly
* Understanding of trends, hooks, transitions, and storytelling
* Comfortable using tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.
Preferred
* Hospitality/travel/lifestyle content experience
* Photography/videography basics
* Experience handling multiple social media pages
* Understanding of luxury and boutique hospitality aesthetics
Work Structure
* Primarily Work From Home (WFH)
* Flexible execution-based role
* On-ground shoots/property visits required occasionally for content creation
* Travel to Vibescapes properties when needed
