What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Create premium Reels, short-form videos, product photography, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Bring fresh content ideas inspired by trends while maintaining MARQA's premium aesthetic.
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy that reflects our brand voice.
- Cover showroom moments, product launches, campaigns, customer stories, and influencer collaborations.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and the marketing team.
- Track content performance and suggest creative improvements based on insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 1–3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
- Is confident with mobile videography and visual storytelling.
- Can shoot and edit high-quality Reels and short-form videos.
- Is proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.
- Has a strong eye for aesthetics, composition, lighting, and storytelling.
- Understands Instagram trends without compromising on premium branding.
- Is proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with fashion, jewellery, luxury, beauty, or D2C brands will be an added advantage.
Bonus Skills
- Product photography
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Meta Business Suite
- Influencer campaign coordination
- Basic performance marketing understanding
