šÆ Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content & Social Media Executive with a strong focus on video content creation (Reels/Shorts) and premium brand storytelling.
The role involves creating visually appealing, high-quality content that showcases our marble collections and engages architects, designers, and high-value clients across digital platforms.
š„ Key Responsibilities
1.ā ā Video Content Creation (Primary Focus)
ā¢ā ā Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts)
ā¢ā ā Create premium, aesthetic content showcasing marble slabs, finishes, and applications
ā¢ā ā Develop engaging storytelling formats (before/after, walkthroughs, highlights, trends)
ā¢ā ā Ensure consistent output of 20ā25 high-quality videos per month
š± 2. Social Media Management
ā¢ā ā Manage company presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
ā¢ā ā Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
ā¢ā ā Post regularly with relevant captions, hashtags, and creatives
ā¢ā ā Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
šØ 3. Brand & Creative Direction
ā¢ā ā Maintain a luxury, premium visual identity
ā¢ā ā Coordinate with internal teams for product highlights and shoot planning
ā¢ā ā Suggest new content formats aligned with design and architecture trends
š 4. Performance Tracking (Basic)
ā¢ā ā Track basic metrics: reach, engagement, saves, shares
ā¢ā ā Identify top-performing content and replicate success patterns
ā¢ā ā Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes
š§ Key Skills Required
š„ Content & Editing
ā¢ā ā Strong skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.)
ā¢ā ā Understanding of reel formats, transitions, and hooks
ā¢ā ā Basic photography/videography skills (mobile-first acceptable)
š± Social Media
ā¢ā ā Hands-on experience with Instagram & short-form content
ā¢ā ā Understanding of trends, hashtags, and audience behavior
šØ Creative & Aesthetic Sense
ā¢ā ā Ability to create premium/luxury-looking content
ā¢ā ā Good sense of design, framing, and storytelling
āļø Basic Marketing Knowledge
ā¢ā ā Basic understanding of digital marketing & content strategy
ā¢ā ā Awareness of analytics and performance metrics
š¼ Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ā ā Graduate (any stream; marketing/design preferred)
ā¢ā ā Digital marketing or content creation certification (preferred)
ā¢ā ā 0ā2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolio welcome)
