Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can build engaging digital content and manage our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to create compelling captions, reel concepts, short-form video scripts, and basic visual creatives, while understanding social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
This role requires someone who can combine creativity with digital marketing awareness to grow our brand visibility and connect effectively with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging captions, hooks, and scripts for Instagram posts, reels, and short-form videos.
- Develop creative content ideas and storytelling aligned with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Design basic social media creatives, banners, and promotional visuals.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Research trending topics, viral content formats, and hashtags to improve reach and engagement.
- Plan and execute content according to the social media calendar and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Monitor analytics and optimize content to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe photoshop, Capcut, VN video editor, Coreldraw, Canva and recent AI Tools.
Required Skills
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and viral content formats.
- Ability to create short, catchy, and engaging social media content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design for social media creatives.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
