## About the Role
We're looking for a creative and passionate *Content Creator & Social Media Executive* who can turn ideas into engaging content. If you're someone who enjoys writing compelling captions, designing eye-catching creatives, creating trending reels, and editing videos that grab attention, we'd love to have you on our team.
## Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and publish daily content across social media platforms.
* Write engaging captions, headlines, and marketing copy.
* Design high-quality social media posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Create and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
* Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting.
* Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution.
* Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
* Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
## Required Skills
* Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
* Hands-on experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, VN Editor, or After Effects.
* Knowledge of reel creation, storytelling, transitions, trending audio, and visual hooks.
* Basic understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or a related field.
* Experience in real estate, lifestyle, hospitality, or digital marketing is a plus.
* Portfolio showcasing content writing, graphic design, and video editing work.
