About Bouncy Boo
Bouncy Boo is a fast-growing D2C kids toys & fashion brand.
We're looking for a creative person who can turn our products into engaging content that parents love to watch, save, and share. If you enjoy creating high-performing Instagram Reels and understand social media trends, we'd love to meet you.
Your Role
You will be responsible for creating, editing, publishing, and managing content across our social media platforms.
- Primary Focus: Instagram
- Secondary Platforms: Facebook, YouTube & Pinterest
- Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot and edit engaging Reels, Shorts and promotional videos.
- Shoot videos using the company-provided iPhone 16 Pro Max.
- Create product showcases, toy demos, unboxing videos, kids fashion content, educational videos and behind-the-scenes content.
- Design attractive Canva posts, carousel posts, thumbnails and promotional graphics.
- Create AI-assisted content including UGC videos, educational visuals, product images and creative social media assets.
- Publish and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, viral formats and trending audio.
- Maintain a consistent and high-quality brand look across all platforms.
- Organize video and design files efficiently.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience creating social media content.
- Strong portfolio of Reels or Shorts that you personally planned, shot and edited.
- Good knowledge of CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good Canva skills for creating static posts, carousels and thumbnails.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Runway, Kling, Midjourney or similar.
- Basic understanding of photography, lighting, composition and storytelling.
- Comfortable directing children during video shoots.
- Creative, self-motivated and eager to learn.
